I LOVE the weather today.
I LOVE the weather today. I'm sitting here with my window open. SO nice out. Of course, the reason I'm not actually outside is that I have a ton to do. Eeek. I've been productive, though. I got up, read the article on how children enter already-formed groups when they want to play, wrote half of my reaction paper on that, cleaned the bathroom (and the tub!), dusted my room, and started dubbing tapes. I'm taking a break before diving in to my paper on perspective-taking in preschoolers.
Last night, in trying to find more info on Rent, I managed to stumble across Raspberry World. Another grown-up *NSYNC fan who also likes X-Files. Heehee. She's pretty cool. Check her out. Anyway, Shelley and I had quite a lot of fun exploring her site. Check this out: *NSYNC has got the flow. <.g> That CRACKED me up. And it was posted on my birthday. Hee hee. =)
After our sync-surfing fun, Aarti's friend Smita was here and so we all congregated in my room. Smita is an nsync fan as well, but not quite initiated into the world in which we dwell. We warned her that we could show her *NSYNC tapes all night (and left out the fact that we could probably go a few nights running without repeating anything, which is truly scary), and started telling her about a few cute things. We ended up watching like 2 hours of *NSYNC, including some of the greatest MMC clips. Smita was SHOCKED at the suggestive dances they did during the few clips from the Atlantis concert we showed her. She's gonna be in for a wild ride when she goes to the concert in April. Lol. Anyway, all that viewing prompted me to finally get around to dubbing myself a copy of Meghan's MMC tape so that I can return it to her and her sister safe and sound. So that's what I'm doing now. Heehee.
Alright. Enough procrastinating. Time to write my paper. <.sigh> It's bad enough I waited until the day before it's due to start it... I can't put it off until after the sun goes down. Lol.
