Wandering Aimlessly

Just watched a show on the Food Network about all the good eats and tasty treats at Walt Disney World. Made me miss WDW. And! Carolyn! When they were showing Pizzafari, they showed Brett! I might have jumped out of my chair and yelped "That's my old manager! That's BRETT!" but no one can prove it. ;)

I hope everyone had a happy Easter. Ours was kind of non-traditional. Well, in some ways, anyway. Yesterday morning, when my mom took out the envelope with the tickets she'd gotten my dad and herself for Christmas, she realized she had four instead of two. She hadn't even remembered at Christmas that she'd gotten four. So my sister and I got to go, too. It was Proof at the Royal George, and it was excellent (and affordable), so if any of y'all are looking for some good theatre around here, I'd highly recommend.

So basically, our plans to color eggs and make the pie last night while the parents were downtown went out the window. Therefore, no eggs got colored. It was the first time in my entire life that we didn't have colored eggs on Easter. No egg hunt, no basket hunt. It was kind of sad! Mom just brought out the baskets this afternoon after the guests had left. And speaking of, we had a wonderful dinner with the grandparents, the uncle, and the aunt, uncle and cousin. Good times.

Rewinding even a bit more, went out to dinner with Meg and Kristen and our favorite TA from college on Friday. It was so much fun to see him! We just talked and caught up, and yay! Happy Kate. Hee.

I'm not sure much else has gone on in my life. I'm off tomorrow, and movie with Jamie, yeah? We still on?

Right now, I'm watching The Sandlot on TV. Man, I love this movie. So good. I had it completely MEMORIZED in junior high. Good flick.
