Sunday, 2/10/08: Flower
I originally took a picture of the thermometer, because after several weeks of temps in the upper 30's when I leave for work, it was 81* this afternoon. And I hear it is -2* (with a wind chill of -22*) in Illinois. To which I say: This is exactly why I moved here. There is NO argument that would make me think enduring -22* temperatures is a good idea, thanks.
This picture is for my scanning assignment, to be turned in tomorrow. After a number of complicated arrangements of various materials, I settled on this. I kinda like it.
Happy: I bought tickets to the "Chuck" panel at the Paley Festival. Anyone else going? Every year I want to go, and ever year I miss tickets going on sale and everything I'm interested in sells out. This year, I paid attention. Go me! Now, I just wait. Is it March yet? Lots of good things are happening in March.
